All of our signature sauces are lately fermented this crucial aspect of our process and recipe is what truly unlocks and deepens the character of each pepper, fruit, herb, and ables, marrying together, each hand picked and prepared ingredient, into the beautiful symphonies bottled below.  all sauces are natural ingredients, gluten-free, and vegetarian, friendly. all the peppers we use in our sauces are grown by us, as well as cilantro. We also try to use local South Carolina, honey as much as possible.
